Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the reservation is canceled 14 days before the date of entry, no amount will be charged.

If the reservation is canceled between 8 and 13 days before the date of entry, a charge of 30% will be applied on the total of the reservation.

If the reservation is canceled between 0 and 7 days before the date of entry, a charge of 50% of the total reservation will be applied.

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY

If you leave before the departure date, 50% will be applied for each remaining night.

NO SHOW POLICY

In case of no-show, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
